We'll be happy to provide you with information about our treatments & services, and we’ll answer any questions you may have. We’ll then schedule your appointment time, get some basic information from you, and send you a confirmation email.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policies: Please Read Before Making an Appointment!
We require that a 24-hour notice must be given to reschedule or cancel all appointments for our treatments & services. The following information outlines your obligation when an appointment is scheduled with Body Beautiful Studio- please do not
ask or expect to be an exception to these policies.
We understand that scheduled appointments may occasionally need to be changed, however if less than 24-hours notice is
given to reschedule or cancel your appointment please respect that payment will be due for your service. However, in some instances we may be able to fill your scheduled time, and if we are able to do so you will not be charged. If less than a 4-hour
notice is given to cancel or reschedule, payment will be due for your service. “No Shows” will always be responsible for payment, no exceptions.
These policies are necessary to ensure: 1) all valued clients have the opportunity to book the service of their choice in a planned and timely manner, and 2) our ability to effectively manage and maintain our small studio environment, while
continuing to offer an exceptional customer experience at reasonable prices.
Late Policy:
If you arrive late for your scheduled service, your remaining time will be honored until the end of your appointed time. If there
is no scheduled service immediately following your appointment, we will be happy to honor your full service time.
This policy allows us to provide you, and all clients, with the courtesy of starting and ending your scheduled services on-time.
